Names, personal information, credit card, email information: When you choose to register on line or in person all information provided is kept private, including names, addresses, email, medical and credit information. We do no sell, distribute or exchange personal information. During a class or event, we encourage children to exchange their names, schools, grades, and ages to facilitate communication and friendship during class or a cooking event.

If you have provided us with your email address, you may occasionally receive an email communication from Stir Crazy Kidz, advising you of our classes, parties or other special events for children, and sometimes newsworthy information. You may receive a birthday or holiday greeting via email or regular mail. You will be given an opportunity to opt out, if you do not wish to receive further emails.

Non-specific demographic information may be given to others as necessary to conduct our business. No specific student will be identified.

We have selected a secure on line credit card processing company, however we are not responsible for any breaches of privacy made by this 3rd party or agent.

If necessary to comply with a court order or existing laws, we reserve the right to disclose personal information to the extent necessary to be in compliance with the order or law. We reserve the right to disclose personal information to 911 and medical personnel should there be a medical emergency.
